1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: business name, category, location, email address, and payment information. When you connect third-party accounts, we receive OAuth tokens and basic profile information from those platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google).

We automatically collect: usage data, IP addresses, browser type, and device information through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

•To provide and maintain the Service, including content generation and publishing
•To process payments and manage subscriptions
•To generate AI content tailored to your business
•To monitor and respond to Google reviews on your behalf
•To send performance reports and service notifications
•To improve and optimize the Service

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit. OAuth tokens from connected platforms are encrypted using Supabase Vault. Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe; we never store your credit card details directly.

We implement Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure you can only access your own business data. All API communications use HTTPS encryption.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

•Stripe - Payment processing
•Meta (Facebook/Instagram) - Social media publishing and analytics
•Google - Business reviews and search visibility
•Anthropic (Claude AI) - Content generation and analysis
•Resend - Email delivery
•Vercel - Application hosting

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

•Third-party platforms you have explicitly connected (to publish content and read data)
•Service providers necessary to operate the Service (hosting, email, AI)
•Law enforcement when required by law

6. AI and Your Data

We use AI (Anthropic Claude) to generate content and analyze your business. Your business information (name, category, city, reviews) is sent to the AI provider to create personalized content. AI-generated content is stored in our database and published to your connected platforms. We do not use your data to train AI models.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

•Access your personal data
•Correct inaccurate data
•Delete your account and associated data
•Export your data in a portable format
•Withdraw consent for data processing
•Disconnect third-party platform access at any time

8. Cookies

9. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion or subscription cancellation, we retain data for 30 days before permanent deletion. Analytics and aggregate data may be retained indefinitely in anonymized form.

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
